I highly recommend Fawcett Construction Inc as they got me out of a bad unfinished construction situation. I was losing hope after 4 months of disappointment with other contractors. But when I first spoke with Luke about the undependable workers I previously hired and the sorry state that my bathroom was still in, he assured me he could make my bathroom functional and beautiful. After hiring Luke over a year ago to do a small project, I was so happy that since then he has touched every room in my condo. Everything from renovating my kitchen and bathrooms to new flooring, removing ceiling popcorn, installing fans, fixtures and helping me find everything needed to do the job. He has gone over and above in every single way even to putting up picture panels over my bed. He has installed shelves in closets, put in a screen door and I am totally happy with everything done. Having him and Jay in my home working was like having family around. They are awesome! Only sad that I have nothing else for him to do! I found Fawcett Construction, among others, recommended on a local community forum. I got 3 quotes to do crown molding. I went with Fawcett based on the price and meet and greet - Luke (the owner) is super friendly! My instincts were right - Fawcett did a great job. While Luke was working on the crown molding I asked his opinion on a spot I suspected to be water damage. It took him about 10 minutes to accurately diagnose the problem. It was water damage. He popped in 3 days later to fix it the problem. Phew! A month later, I needed a few things done: light fixture hung, faucet installed, and window shutters reinstalled after painting. Again, I was not let down by Fawcett Construction. Great work & fair price by a reputable business. You can't go wrong. Call Fawcett for a quote - you won't regret it!
